Data Disposal

The client may request that Hajek & Hajek, CPA’s P.A. remove their personal information from its data center. Hajek & Hajek, CPA’s P.A.’s disposal process includes removing data from its Data Center’s production databases. In order to utilize Hajek & Hajek, CPA’s P.A.’s Data Disposal service, you must submit a written request. The processing time for a data disposal request is 30 days.

Children

Our website is intended for a general audience. Under no circumstances do we knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 years of age.
